In Lumbini, Lord Sakka helped to deliver Baby Siddhartha while the mother Queen Maya was holding the tree branch in a garden. Maids were standing-by and on the left another deva was holding a piece of towel, ready to help.

The celestial musicians were playing musics in the sky (top of thesculpture).

At the bottom of the sculpture, the baby was seen getting ready to walk (for 7 steps).
