The Centre will hold Novitiate Programme, Meditation Retreat on a regular basis.

A regular meditation course led by meditation masters / instructors will be held in International Meditation Retreat Centre. To let one get a taste for the incredible Buddhist cultural and temple life which has blossomed since the Buddha time, the Centre will organise a “Monastery Stay” programme.

此外，禅林将在国际禅修中心定期举办禅修活动，并邀请不同的禅师来教导大众禅修。除了禅修活动，国际禅修中心也会举办寺院体验活动，让参与者能在学习禅修之余，体验寺院的日常生活与佛教的修行精神。
